We ship to all serviceable locations across India. Delivery is subject to courier serviceability in your area.
2.2 International Shipping

2.3 Non-Serviceable Areas
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and offer the following options:

- Pickup from our facility or nearest service center
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
3.1 Standard Delivery
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Locations: 7-10 business days
3.2 Custom/Made-to-Order Products
- Delivery timeframe begins after production completion
- Production time: 5-15 business days (depending on product complexity)
- Additional shipping time as per standard delivery schedule
- Estimated delivery date will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
3.3 Bulk Orders
Large or bulk orders may require additional processing and delivery time:
- Estimated delivery will be provided at the time of order placement

8.3 Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong product:
- Do not open or use the product

- Provide photos and order details
- We will arrange pickup (if feasible) and deliver the correct product
8.4 Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe:

9. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Any special delivery instructions
10.2 Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested immediately after order placement
- Contact sales@vpackify.com with order number and new address
- Address changes may not be possible once the order is shipped
- Redelivery due to incorrect address may incur additional charges
11. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
11.1 Return to Origin
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer not available for delivery after multiple attempts
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
- Non-serviceable location
The following will apply:
- Customer will be notified of the return
- Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges
- Customer may be required to arrange pickup from our facility
11.2 Abandoned Packages
Packages unclaimed for more than 15 days will be considered abandoned. vpackify reserves the right to dispose of abandoned packages or charge storage fees.
12. SHIPMENT TRACKING
