At Vpackify, we are committed to providing high-quality packaging products and excellent customer service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our policies regarding order cancellations and refunds.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sales are final. Once a product has been sold and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
2. NO CANCELLATION OR RETURN POLICY
2.1 Non-Returnable Products
All products sold by vpackify are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed. This policy applies to all products without exception.
2.2 Reasons for No Returns
Due to the nature of our packaging products:
- Products are often customized to customer specifications
- Packaging materials are manufactured or sourced based on specific orders
- Hygiene and quality standards prevent us from reselling returned products
- Products may be manufactured to order based on customer requirements
2.3 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying product specifications, quantities, and details before placing an order
- Ensuring accurate delivery information is provided
- Reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and prices carefully
- Confirming custom specifications and artwork (if applicable) before production
3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellation Timeframe
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement
- Orders that have already been processed, manufactured, or shipped cannot be cancelled
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect
- Contact us at sales@vpackify.com with your order details
- Our team will verify the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or refund
- Final decision on defects rests with vpackify management
5. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
5.1 Wrong Product Shipped
If we shipped the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide proof of the error (photos, order details)
- We will arrange for pickup of the wrong product (if feasible)
- Correct product will be shipped at no additional cost .
5.2 Damaged in Transit
For products damaged during shipping:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging and damaged products
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will coordinate with the shipping company
- Replacement will be provided after verification
6. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order placement
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Customer provided wrong specifications or measurements
- Customer dissatisfaction with color, texture, or appearance (if it matches product description)
- Normal wear and tear of products
- Products used or opened (except for defect verification)
- Orders placed during promotional sales or clearance events (unless defective)
- Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable to receive delivery
- Customized or personalized products meeting agreed specifications
7. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
7.1 Non-Returnable
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
7.2 Customer Approval
Customers are required to:
- Approve all specifications, artwork, and designs before production
- Verify dimensions, materials, colors, and quantities
- Sign off on digital proofs or samples (if provided)
7.3 No Refunds on Approved Customizations
Once you approve custom specifications, vpackify is not responsible for refunds or changes, even if you change your mind.
8. REPORTING ISSUES
8.1 Timeframe
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for consideration.
8.2 Required Information
When reporting an issue, provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (for defects or damage)
- Contact information

9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon delivery. Late reporting of issues may affect eligibility for refunds or replacements.
9.2 Final Decision
All decisions regarding replacements, and cancellations rest solely with vpackify management. Our decision is final and binding.
9.3 Fraudulent Claims
Fraudulent refund claims or misrepresentation of product condition will result in:
- Denial of refund
- Potential legal action
- Permanent ban from future purchases
9.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
vpackify reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SOLD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED.
